A Christmas to Remember!

Leah's first Christmas was a magical day. I loved watching her "open" presents and say "Ohhhh!" She was at the perfect age. We had a lot of quality time with family and friends.



On Wednesday, Ryan and Chelsa got in town. We spent a lot of time over at my parents' house. Leah had fun playing with Aunt Chelsa! Ryan, Justin, and I put together Leah's new toys. Elves at work!







On Friday night, we all went to church at Tallowood. Mimi, G, and Aunt Amanda met us there. We went to Guadalajara afterwards- a new tradition.











When we got home on Friday night, we got Leah ready for bed in her Santa pajamas. We tried to put on her Santa hat, but she was not ok with that. ha!







After she went to bed, Justin and I had some assembly to do. We put all of her gifts from us in a display.



On Christmas morning, Leah woke up in a very good mood. We took her in to see her presents and she tried out everything, giving each item a "taste test."







After we had quality time as a family (and some hot cocoa), we got ready and headed over to see Mimi, G, and Aunt Amanda. Leah took a nap while we ate breakfast, and then we exchanged gifts. Leah loved all of her presents!















Later in the day, we headed over to my parents' house. We opened presents and then had dinner.











We had a great day watching Leah. She got overwhelmed a few times, but she was a happy girl!
